The Eden?

Thanks to everyone for their updates on the new construction! When we went last September they mentioned that upon completion of Eden they would be tearing down Building 22 and Building 25 (I may be wrong on 25...at that point there was a lot of tequila involved) to build more Desire Suites. If that's still the plan then it would make sense why they would close the beach bar since the pools/patios of the Desire Suites would run right into it.

does the hot tub area have the same cabana beds?
and how was the beach situation? Last year much of it was washed away, and the beds were up on the lawn.
