Standard vs. Deluxe Garden Rooms

We are looking to book our next Desire vacation and saw there was a change in the room categories with an added 'standard' room type. Can anyone tell us which rooms are now 'standard' vs. the old deluxe garden rooms?

Any suggestions on getting a room request? We have only been twice before, and put in a request at time of booking, and neither time did they grant our request, although during both visits the resort was near 100% capacity, so I'm not surprised.

Do the express on line check in (btw- you cant do more than two weeks before you arrive) and put your room request on that form.
It's best if you give them your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice of rooms and you will almost always get one of your choices.
