What is the best way to book a vacation at Desire....?

Well, I booked an ocean view direct with Desire (didn't know enough to choose a TA, at the time). I specifically chose to do so because of some negative comments about some of the 3rd party TAs. All I can say is we better not be "bumped", they will NOT like me staying in the lobby. I can assure you, it won't be pretty.
