During our visits to Desire, we will usually write a list of employees that made the trip special or perhaps list some recommendations for improvements so that we don’t forget when we are leaving our feedback at the end of our stay.
With their newer method of leaving feedback using a tablet, we accidentally selected the option of “You won’t recommend us” while completing the feedback questionnaire. Well, we receive an email from Desire related to our feedback, asking for additional information for the reason we made that selection. We responded to the email indicating that we made an error and apologized.
Now, we have always felt that Desire took feedback seriously but this was the 1st time that we have ever been contacted about our feedback. We were certainly impressed with their process and will continue to leave our comments.
One of the many reasons we return to Desire, their effort to make Desire a better experience for the guests.
