Best Junior Suite Ocean view room

Postby playtime2015 » Tue Sep 23, 2014 1:01 pm

This trip is going to be a birthday present and we'd like to ensure we get the best room to: sleep (must be a king), invite others to play, and be comfortable that we are close to the Jacuzzi, playroom, (not too close to the disco) and restaurants.... we have a Junior Suite Ocean View for November... any thoughts on the best room to select? We can talk about the best BDay present to give him also... I am open to suggestions :bj

There are no "Junior Suites" at Desire RM, there are however "Jacuzzi Suites" if that is what you meant.
There are only 4 Jacuzzi Suites that are OV and they are all in pretty much the same location within the resort so it doesn't really matter which one you ask for.

You can find a map showing the whole resort with room types and numbers HERE

Re: Best Junior Suite Ocean view room (Jacuzzi Suites)

Thank you for the update.... I had just confirmed that rooms 1501 / 1502 / 1601 / 1602 are the Jacuzzi Suites and they have king beds. Has anyone stayed in these rooms?

PLAYTIME, as CokeMann pointed out, all 4 of those rooms are exactly the same, and are in two villas right next to one another. You will be happy with whichever one you get. They are lovely rooms about 20' from the beach and very close to the beach bar. While it is clothing optional, we bring a LOT of theme night clothes, so often find there isn't enough closet/bureau space. I strongly suggest bringing a hanging shoe rack (from Target or Bed Bath and Beyond). I (Mrs.) can fit almost all my clothes in one of those.

Have a wonderful time!

We stayed in 1502 once and the view was really nice. You could see the ocean from your bed. We upgraded that year at check in but never used the jacuzzi, so we haven't upgraded again.
