I'm in a tight spot....

hypothetically speaking.... Say a couple missed their flight for arrival today (Sunday) and they are currently looking at other flight options tomorrow BUT all of the numbers we have for the hotel have the message to call back during business hours (Monday - Saturday)....Does anyone know the number this hypothetical couple would call to hopefully change their reservations??? I'm really in a tight spot...
