How do you go about requesting specific rooms and when?

about 14 days out and I am just wonder how you request a specific room? I have done the express check in already but there was no room request option that I saw. Does it take a request to guest services or is there something I am missing.

Generally you put your room requests in the Comments section of the Express Check in form
- I usually recommend giving them an ordered list(1st, 2nd, 3rd) of choices - most always you will get one of them

IMHO - submit your Express Check in form a second time but this time include in the comments section your room choice request list

btw - guest services aren't responsible for room assignments

Unfortunately we've never had that experience Cokeman.

Our 9th trip is coming up next week, and for 7 of the previous 8, they accommodated our request once.

We've requested again as usual. We shall see.

Our requests have been granted in all 4 of our previous visits. Maybe not our first choice (though most times first choice was honored) but always at least got second choice.

I guess it also depends on how specific your request is too. We have requested a specific room and gotten it sometimes. But always the building and floor we have requested.
