Foam Pary

Several years ago, the foam party was late in the evening at the tennis courts. We liked that a lot. There was a DJ, and a small bar setup, and they arranged nets to keep the foam in.

I really wish they would go back to this. The evening foam had a great mood to it - sexier than just jumping into the pool. They did it the same night as white night, and turned on blacklights. Several folks thought ahead and brought glowing body paint, which was awesome. Plus, the tennis courts had a rubberized surface that made it much safer to walk around than the pool area.

DRM staff - any chance we could see the foam parties back there in the evenings?

FYI - The tennis court area at DRM is no longer there - it was a under used area and converted to a solar hot water heating installation several years ago

For purely selfish reasons I'd like to see the Foam party on a different day. 3rd trip coming up and we can't seem to make a Friday happen lol. One day... One day...

Sounds interesting...we like the daytime pool foam party because it gets the party started and it just keeps going and going and going...all night. But a night time party would be cool too.

The first foam party we participated was at night just outside the lobby. The foam was higher than the lobby doors. It was crazy to have foam that high and people naked dancing in it. It was pretty dangerous with the cement water fountains in the middle of the foam. I am sure that people got hurt. Boy was it fun.

We just returned from DRM yesterday! The foam party is still on Friday at 2:00pm in the pool. It was fun!
We have been to DRM foam parties in 4 locations so far. The pool, the old (now defunct) tennis courts, the lobby area and on the beach.
Our favorite was also the night party at the old tennis courts with glow paint and black lights.
Coming in second is the current setup.
The lobby area was too dangerous with the fountains and furniture. When it was there, we saw people dancing in the fountains, with the foam higher than the water level!
Our least favorite was during September 2015? when the pool was closed for renovation. They moved the foam party to the beach near the volley ball court. It was also at night, so we thought of the old tennis court activities and were excited! It was fun at first, but the water from the foam soon turned the sand into quicksand and dancing was impossible in ankle deep wet sand. After a while the sand migrated up into the foam, so everyone out there had an exfoliating experience! We gave up and left after only about 20 minutes. It did make for some interesting looks from people walking the beach from other resorts!
I also understand that they tried for a short period to have it up on the roof at the hot tub. That sounds like a bad idea on many levels!

We also attended the foam party at DP once, it was about like the current one at DRM. In the daytime, in the active end of the pool there. The DJ for that one was really good.

Bottom line, we (usually) enjoy our adult bubble bath time!

The foam party is always one of our favorite parts of the week at Desire. This one didn't disappoint! Slippery, sexy, bubbly fun for everyone!
