Dinner Reservations

Hello! We are visiting Desire for the first time in June and want to know, are reservations needed for dinners? If so, what is the best way to make reservations?

The two specialty restaurants Sahló and Suki do require reservations - make the reservation in the morning at the either of the restaurants.

El Arrecife and Tentazione restaurants do not require reservations

We almost always eat at Suki and usually only make reservations if we're sitting at the hibachi bar. I think there's only been one time ever that we couldn't walk in and sit down.
