We have been going the RM for many years and have found the daytime activities have become very lame and boring. Don't get me wrong the staff is fantastic but they could introduce more interactive games. Thoughts?

Would love it! Some days it really gets going, but others it can be serene - depends on the crowd really. The foam party days are generally more active overall, which is why we started doing the RM foam party on Friday then day trip to Pearl on Saturday to do the foam party there - it's not really about the foam though, all the things come together to liven up the crowd typically which seems to carry over to the hot tub session too.

Overall, the crowd is generally receptive but sometimes you just need a facilitator to get things going. When that happens, some of the best times ever!

Hi Exotic_Kiss, you bring up a valid topic for discussion. When do you typically visit Desire RM? The reason we are asking is because each year during our visit to Desire, we've been a big contributor to assisting the Entertainment Staff / Playmakers with fun side games and activities. Although we don't host our own large scale interactive games for the resort, we do help with side games, adult themed props, winnable give-away items, equipment and fun activities that are meant to help fill in the down times. Suffice it to say, our upcoming trip (May 29th - June 12th, 2020) will be no different. In fact, we've decided to scale back our "games" and "props" contribution(s) in lieu of focusing more on couples who are looking to exercise their creativeness a bit more. We've been in contact with the Management at Desire RM and have recently been given the green light to host a Build-A-Necklace workshop. We are bringing high quality letter beads and earth gemstones with us (tons of colors to mix and match). There will be enough stones, letter beads, stainless steel necklace wire to make well over 1000 necklaces. In 2018, we brought a much scaled down version of letter beads only with us during our last visit to Desire and they seemed to be a huge hit. A fun couple that we met at the resort said that aside from their hats and their smiles, their necklace(s) were the only other things that they would wear in the pool... and they pointed out that they could re-use their necklaces each time they went back to Desire or even during lifestyle related Meet n Greets.

Just like a light going off in our heads, they made a very interesting point. To be honest, we didn't think about it in those terms. We have to admit, our initial intentions were much more basic. MUCH MUCH MORE BASIC! We just thought it would help others remember our names after an entire day of drinking hahaha! We can't wait to meet and make new friends and catch up with those that we've met previously.
