other than Amercians & Canadians, are there any visitors from other countries come to desire and from where?

Over several years we have met people from Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Russia, Poland, Germany, Australia, India, Sri Lanka, Belize, (the closest, they came by car), Argentina, Brazil, Uraguay and Switzerland as well as fellow British.
Some of them were working in N. America, though many came from their homes.

Check out the "Recent Forum Visitors" section down at the very bottom of the "Desire Cancun Forum Index" page for a list of countries and numbers of recent visitors from each. It might not be 100% accurate as to where the actual visitors to Desire are from, but it does suggest possible percentages.

In our last two trips we met couples from Mexico (several from Mexico City and Monterrey), Argentina, Italy (several), Spain, Germany (several), France and Russia. These were regular weeks, not SDC or LL takeovers. Wonderful diversity, and with Lau being trilingual, wonderful friendships.
