Playmakers at DRM

We were at DRM for the past two weeks.
When we left, the Playmakers consisted of Kevin, Richy, Brancha, Yuni, Pao and a very new woman named Sofi. For Sofi's first night, Shirley from Pearl came over to help out as well.
Halfway through our trip, Bee was let go for some unspecified rules violation and replaced with Sofi. By day 4, she had loosened up a bit.

There is a real problem with them losing so many good people on the Entertainment Staff.

Maria isn’t there anymore? We saw here there first of January.

We were there in June 2019 and again January 2020. Never met Maria. Tony that was there in June has been replaced by Richy.
With 6 month work visas, it's common for some turnover but we agree, there's been more in the past 1-2 years than in our previous years visiting Desire.

Yuni announced on her social media that she is also leaving DRM.
The entire staff has turned over except for Kevin at this point.

WTF is causing this "mass exodus"?
We haven't been able to get any "insider" info from any of the staff that we know.
