Our first trip to DRM is coming up soon. Is there a gym on the property? If so, does it have something for cardio like an elliptical, or stairclimber, or treadmill?

Yes, there is a gym, not too big but good enough for some exercise. There are 2 or 3 treadmills and maybe one elliptical??? I don't remember because there are better places to burn those calories at Desire

Yes. Treadmills, elliptical, bikes. It's a pretty standard hotel gym. Basic weights.
