walking on the beach

Hi ,
We love to walk on the beach and was wondering if it is OK to go topless when you leave Desire's beach, and how far you can walk in either direction?
Wife always goes topless when walking beach and has never had any issues at any beaches along Riviera Maya.

We have always walked the beach nude in front of Desire, of course. Hubby likes to play volleyball that way too. However, when we have walked off of the grounds, The Better Half has worn some kind of top. We only noticed one woman tanning topless in front of one of the resorts down the beach the last time we were there. There were a couple of thongs, but those women were wearing tops.

At a vanilla resort in Puerto Morales the wife walked topless on the beach, but that was a large couples only resort. We have heard that technically topless is not allowed on any Mexican beach, but the Atlantic side seems a lot less uptight than the Pacific side in our experience.

We are curious what other folks have experienced on the beach just outside of Desire.

MESH TOP AND THONG HAS NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM

We walked all the way to Puerto Morelos in thongs and topless. No problems and lots of looks. Even got our photos taken with the sea-weed raker guys.

We walked the other way along the beach for about an hour and it wasn't nearly as interesting.
