May or June, trying to find a group so we aren't there on an off week. I would like to book before the weekend us up.

It seems these two groups are the frontrunners:

tropez - just a FYI - it's doubtful that you will find any available space in May at this late date.

Secondly the yahoo groups are mostly just for social contact making, please use the Desire Events and Groups section to find specific groups going in each month

In June you will find at least 5 groups going that month and if you click on a group of interest for your time frame, it will provide a link for further info and how to book with that group

We're booked! We booked with C4P and got the last discounted room which saved us a grip of dough! I'm so excited! June 10 through June 16th!
