How Much Shade?

Hi
Just wondering if there is any shade on the beach, any palapas or umbrellas and is there any shade from the beach beds?
Also is there any shade around the pool area?

We went to Desire a few weeks ago and stayed mainly around the pool area. If you want shade, go early and get Daniel, the pool attendant, to reserve a couple lounge chairs with an umbrella. We reserved our places on our way to breakfast, as as long as you do not vacate the seats for longer than 2 hours, you can come and go. We always left our belongings at our seat and never has a problem. We did tip Daniel a couple times during the week, but he will give you great service either way. Enjoy...
