Hello,

We have a trip to RM scheduled 9/20-26 and with the increased risk of quarantine, we need to reschedule our trip for early next year. Does anyone have a good contact number for the resort. The reservations numbers in Mexico ring busy and the US partner cant help us b/c I made our reservation online. I'm at the deadline in terms of making the final payment and want to get this reservation rescheduled. If anyone is able to help with a good contact number at the resort to get this moved, that would be a huge help!

Thanks, was able to reach via the online chat portal after getting past the automated responses... Per the resort, the phones are currently down if anyone else is trying.
