We're from Canada. Do we need to have PCR negative test to land in Mexico?
Does Desire Riviera Maya offers PCR test to go back to Canada? If yes, how much is it? If no, where can it be done?

No testing is required to travel to Mexico.

They are great at the resorts they know we need PCR tests they are done at the resort and were $1500 pesos in August. We did not get ours at the resort as we had extended our trip we did have our results in just under 24 hours and they were more money $2000 pesos.

You can schedule your test electronically by scanning their bar code and everything goes smoothly, no waiting, no nothing, easy peasy..It's just that you have to wear your mask when you go there, no biggie. Kudos to the Desire staff for making the entire process so easy for us.
