We want to book soon, Calendar here says full. Advice?

We want to book a room at DRM, but the calendar here says full. We like to support these forums by booking here, but there is no availability when we want to go. Any other ideas? Where do you book and how? Any secrets to getting a room at a reasonable (cough) price?

Hoping to go after mid November, 2022.

You can only book for that week thru their travel agent if there is any space left

The US Thanksgiving week is always sold out early so no surprise there about no availability

It is sold out for that week, although I believe there is a waiting list you can sign up for if you're interested. It sounds like Original is not hosting any full takeover groups in 2023 fwiw.

Be sure you know what you're getting into the the Swingset group. NOT wanting to offend anyone, but they are kinda at the extreme end of the spectrum of takeover groups. In fact, a lot of the staff takes vacation time that week.

Would agree as well. Not our vibe. Definitely not time to take first trip to RM that week

Hello! You're welcome to join our takeover the first full week of December. We are LLV Club, a great group that's been doing a takeover at Desire RM for the last 17 years. Super friendly group, all in the LS to some degree, but there are so many gradations in the LS, just about anyone would feel comfortable with our group.

The dates are Saturday, December 03 - Saturday, December 10 and we have just about 12 Deluxe Garden View rooms available.
