hello all,
we have plans to visit Desire Pearl next month August 18, our first time.
Last week I received a receipt paid in full for our trip. However I realized it was from
a travel agency called Right Connections Travel, not the Desire Resort itself. I am trying
to contact the Resort directly by email for confirmation. I got an email address
specialatten*****@original****.com and sent inquiry, however I never got a reply.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Can anyone vouch for Right Connections Travel?

Ours came from a name of Nadia Cruz with the email of desirerm@ original-group.com

We had a similar issue. I just called the resort directly to confirm our reservation.

Thank you all for the help. I got the email address and after a few days I finally got a confirmation reply. Thanks again...... pearl here we come!!!!!
