Someone, who is at the resort right now, just sent a video of the beach. It looks like they have replaced the old canopied beach beds with round beds that have no shade. Does anyone know if all the old beach beds were replaced?

Hrm. When we were there in March they had the circular beds over on the beach by the pool. But the beds in front of the suites and past CiCi's were canopied. I hope that hasn't changed.

There’s a dozen or so beds behind the pool on the beach. They’re closer together than when they were in front of the rooms.

Then, the suites have their own dedicated beds and lastly down near what was Cici’s bar there are 4 or so beds.
The round death Ray beds don’t seem comfortable or conducive to anything other than being hot and uncomfortable. We have seen anyone enjoying them.

I know pics are frowned upon but does anyone have any of the new bed lay out? It’s been a few years since we have been back and we went back and forth bt drm and the new place in Dominican Republic. We choose drm just for the beach beds.
