The limestone protruding out of the sand walking down to the beach bar which we encountered in October was fully covered in sand, which made it easier to stroll. Less "rocks" in the surf-line as well, so wading out was a bit gentler on the feet.
Seaweed tho - ugh. High winds/storm brought in the sargassum like no other, the turquoise water turned brown and thick. The next day it was clear...
