Looking to book DRM for this December during the first two weeks, Does anyone know of any takeovers during that time?

Have no issue being there with a takeover and might even contact them to join them but forearmed is forewarned

LLV normally has a takeover the first or second week in December, I believe this year it will be at Desire Pearl Dec 2-9.

Yes just checked and it is indeed Pearl this year, thank you anyway. Interesting group though, may look at them further

I emailed the resort and asked, there is no definitive list of takeovers unless anyone knows better

We've held the LLV Desire Takeover at DRM for the last 17 years, but due to construction going on at the resort, we opted to move to Pearl for 2023. The dates are December 02 - December 09, 2023. I think we may be the only group who still holds a full takeover (there may be one other very specialized group in October, but not positive). Honestly, I don't think you'd even know it was a takeover. I think Eddie & Jojo can attest we are a very fun, happy, healthy, sexy group that loves the opportunity to have new people join.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the takeover. I'm going to go add it on the calendar now!
