Desire Resort Forums

Hey everybody!

We are returning to RM for our second time I'm June! However, we booked through the link In the forums instead of Expedia like last time. Now I'm having trouble getting into contact with Desire to confirm our reservations

I've tried sending emails and the US toll free number but they have yet to get back to us. I sent them last week. Our flights show thay they are booked but I just wanted to confirm with the hotel since I've never used the website to book.

Any help would be appreciated! Have a great day!

After many trips we booked directly with the resort. Had the same issue but calling the resort solved it with a prompt email with all the details.

If you booked directly thru the Forum links just PM me with your reservation number and I can confirm for you
