Convert the Tennis Courts?

With all the negatives about the pool chairs, here's a thought for the management of Desire. What if a few dollars were invested in converting the tennis court area to a collection of hot tubs and then place chairs around them? The space would be enough for quite a few hot tubs. You could either do a few large tubs or a number of small ones, depending on how you wanted to configure the plumbing, water filtering, and power supplies. There would be additional room for chairs around them that would provide for a whole new area for people who don't want the sand and beach or who don't want the traditional pool with activities. It could be more of an intimate quiet area. The other question is, would it get used by guests?

There are tennis courts?? Been there twice and we've never even seen them... or heard of them. I say use that space for something more productive.

The room we enjoyed so much at Desire backed on to the tennis courts. We loved the peace and quiet of our room. That's a very quiet side of the resort and we wouldn't really want to see that change.

Whoa!!! We played tennis every day at Desire and weren't the only ones using the court.........not a good idea as far as we're concerned!! If anything they need to spruce the courts up a little bit - maybe puy a couple of palapas alongside and an outdoor shower. Brings a whole new meaning to the term "mixed doubles"...........
