Ocean View Room Location - New Eden Area

Looking to book an Ocean view room in Feb 2024 when the new section is open but we haven't been to DRM in many years. Can anyone familiar with the layout let me know if we ask for building 25, will that be right next to the new area? From what I read about ocean view rooms, people like the 25 building because it was quiet with a good view. Wondering with the addition, which area might be best for an ocean view room? Thx!

Yup 25 is the building that's right against the wall separating the current resort "as is" and the construction. That said, we stayed in 25 this last March (I always ask for a room on the 2nd floor of 25) and the construction noise was a non-issue. Maybe that has changed since they are further along but it definitely did not impact our stay.
