The Eden?

That is the first I have heard that non-Eden guests were not allowed at the buffet for dinner. Is this true of the other restaurants as well and if so does this mean no dinner buffet for non-Eden guests? Obviously this is a departure from what they told us last year where we were told that the common facilities would be available to all.

All restaurants were open to everyone when we were there. Getting reservations is a different story.

The new hot tub opened last night and is pretty amazing except the heater wasn't working so it wasn't very hot.

Heater was on today and it was excellent. According to some people we talked to there is still a leak into the lobby bar area underneath. I didn't see it personally and no clue if they will have to shut it back down.

Just checked in 2 hours ago. No word on the new hot tub/ playroom. New lobbY has much better AC than the old one. The "quiet" pool is basically empty right now and there are cabanas available by the beach according to the towel guy. The new buffet next to the new pool is only open to everyone at lunch. Breakfast and dinner there are Eden only.

Scratch the comment about Eros being Eden only. Definitely had the Mediterranean dinner there last night and breakfast today.

Hello, we arrived at our home yesterday, we stayed there for a week!!! the best of our lives. We were not hosted in Eden nor are we members.
Eros is a buffet for lunch and it is for everyone, at night it is by reservation, we never had a problem having dinner twice or always having lunch there. The jaccuzi is open, it is huge and great. The other facilities have not opened yet, but who cares, the Resort has everything to be happy, don't worry about what hasn't opened, go and let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere, don't delay in that. Greetings and enjoy your stay

When we were on the phone with the Desire reservationist the other day she mentioned that there will be a Mexican themed restaurant called Fritas opening soon. Anyone know if this is a thing yet?

Looks nice and large. Hopefully they put more then one or two bartenders behind the bar. They had a hard time keeping up at the old tub, add in another 80-100 people with the new rooms and well, you get the picture.

Oh thank goodness they did not copy the Miches Hot Tub! Gorgeous views, clear windscreen, and designed for socializing!
