Best Transportation option from another hotel

We are going to be staying at another hotel in Playa Mujeres for a few nights before Desire RM. That hotel only offers transportation to and from the Cancun airport, and the link to Aventour that Desire sent only has options between the airport and hotel. What is the best option for getting from another hotel to Desire. We barely speak Spanish and don't know the area so just calling a cab seems like a good way to the "tourist rate".

We have used USA Transfer to go from Excellence to Desire.

Have used USA Transfers from hotel to hotel on numerous occasions. No problems.
