We’re thinking of getting one of the swim up suites do our trip in June. Anyone have any recent experience in them? And also how does the butler service work? Thinking of throwing an anniversary party for my wife while we’re there.

We've been staying in the Villas for years. The pool is heated and nice location for a small party. Since Eden opened we have transitioned to the Diamond swim up. Pool is also heated and close access to the main pool.
Our butlers are like extended family. They arrange our morning breakfast in the room, make your dinner reservations, keep the room supplied with ice and other libations, and are always available for anything else you may need.

Will they get us chairs by the pool too? Are they just kind of hanging around or do you WhatsApp them when needed?
