Duty Free upon arrival

This past May we came in through Terminal 2 I believe and we were able to purchase duty free items post immigration at the baggage area/prior to customs. Our upcoming trip we are slated to arrive through Terminal 3 - anyone know if you can purchase duty free upon arrival in Terminal 3? Doesn't appear so on the map I was able to locate.

Yes- there is a duty free shop in the baggage claim area in terminal 3.

Well, it never did in the past. We haven't been thru T2 since #3 was completed though so I guess it is possible but pretty unlikely.
