What is the best place online for Pricing? We are looking for a package (flight and hotel) for mid December. Thank for any assistance.

We've been happy with Allinclusiveoutlet.com. We've booked three trips with them thus far with good service.

Just a fyi - Normally you will get a better price on Desire by booking through a TA that specializes in Desire or by booking with Desire directly yourself.

For example if you book thru a TA or with the resort directly before Oct 18th for mid Dec. you can take advantage of an existing promo that will get you a GardenView room for 7 nights for a total of $2408 for the two of you.

The best price Allinclusiveoutlet.com was able to come up with for the same room class and travel period (resort only) was $2,550.00

You can get private(not shared) round trip transfers for $60 and if you watch sales on airfare you can usually do better than online aggregators such as Allinclusiveoutlet.com
Please use the forum links to book directly with Desire RM, Desire Pearl or the Desire Cruises.
This will help keep the forums economically self sustaining and Ad free for all to use.

expedia.com served me well. You can always try the discounts through dennyp.com as well

We booked through Expedia as well. Least expensive from what I compared to. But I didn't check allinclusiveoutlet.com

And with Expedia, you have to arrange your transportation which wasn't a problem.

Expedia here also, was told by two TA that they could not compete with Expedia's prices.........did check with allinclusiveoutlet before I posted here and Expedia still cheaper.........but I have also found Expedia's prices to vary from time to time

We've booked both direct with the Hotel and with various TAs.
Shop around with the TAs that specialise - last trip Castaways paid all our airport transfers for both Desire and HBR.
It can pay to phone direct rather than using the internet - you can say "Can't you give me a better deal?" more easily when you are actually speaking to someone rather than sending/reading e-mails.

found much better deals when booking flight and room together! All the travel sites are pretty much the same...only vary within a couple hundred dollars.

We always book with our travel agent and they always manage to beat the online bookings. We got an outrageously cheap deal for September and in Business class. Which means we can bring more shoes, more toys, more outfits... :D

dennyp did better than booking direct with Desire on our last trip. We recommend checking with him.
