"Hurricane Paula just brought us some rains and that was all… Well except that many flights have been cancelled, so I know that you can imagine our lobby! J Lots of people asking and making phone calls! But everything is fine. "

Got back last night (sad), but the resort weathered the "storm" just fine. Had a Hurricane party on the veranda of building 20 with lots of drinks thanks to CC and Africa. The beach is still small and still there. No worries as long as you aren't flying US Airways.
Wish we were still there. Rain at Desire is better than sun here...

We got a free upgrade in a upper level thanks to Paula. Weather was just a bit raining but for us from Brasil not used to this kind of storms the preparation for the storm where quite a bit fearing. The hotel was real good prepared
