A group of couples are planning to go into PM one day while we are at Desire. Does anyone know of a company that provides taxi service for larger groups like 5 or 6 couples?

There are some companies but they would have to send a van down from Cancun - overall I believe it would be cheaper to just arrange several taxis that are based out of Puerto Morelos.
The taxi rate (each taxi can hold 2 couples) is $10 each way from Desire to PM

We have been to PR several times to see Claudia. It is a short $10.00 cab ride from desire.
Unless you want to sit at a bar drinking all day, you should consider a half day trip as there is not all that much to do in PR
