First off- I have to thank everyone who posts on this forum, my husband and I are planning our first trip to Desire, but already are thinking we're going to be hooked. Its great to get such a sense of the place through your posts before even setting foot on the property.

I have some questions though that I haven't seen answered, obviously I will learn when we get there but thought I'd ask for the heads up...

-when you get all dressed for restaurants and dinner I am envisioning some rather short skirts and don't plan on anything under them. when naked around the pools you pull a towel to sit on, what do you do inside?

-can you tell me about men's foot wear for the disco/playroom/evenings? I know men should be closed toes in the formal dining areas but what is "normal" for after that

I(male) always wear a pair of leather "dress" sandals in any of the dinning rooms - I have never worn regular shoes while at Desire in about 20 trips and have never had any problems - just no flip flops(beach grade sandals, please)

Most of the regulars(ladies) dress a little more conservative for dinner and then change after dinner for the rest of the evening activities disco/playroom etc. Although some who have had full bodypainting by the resident artist Aquiles show up for dinner in just the paint, the waiter seem to appreciate the "art"- lol (they usually do bring a towel with them)

I bring my wicked weasels and any underwear (I call them outerwear) that are part of my disco outfit. If my dress is too short for me to sit in it and still sit on fabric I will just wear one of my WW. I do wear a lot of long dresses slit to the hip to dinner though, no panties needed for those

They usually do body painting on Friday which is Lingerie night. Some women get fully painted and some just get their tops done wearing a skirt, booty shorts or thong(to the disco). Those that get fully painted do usually bring a towel to sit on at dinner as was preciously mentioned I think.

Usually Tuesdays and Fridays starting around 5>6 pm

Some wear skirts if they are only getting their top half painted - when it is a full body painting most like to just show off all the artwork without clothes....

Just to touch on your question about being panty-less and sitting down.

I always carry a small piece of fabric with me (about the size of a napkin) in my purse that I put on the chair if I am going to be sitting.

I have used napkins from the restaurant in the past, just bring it back to my room after dinner. Something about leaving it on the table just isn't right

I am not sure what the issue is, but if the concern is using a napkin or towel
that the hot ladies of Desire has had their bottom pressed against and then
touching ones face with said napkin or towel then I propose that we solve this
problem by cutting out the middle man.

Ladies, you can skip the napkin and towels and go straight to my face, I am
sure most of the other men would agree to help out -lol-

We don't use the towels to wipe our mouths.

Desire has one of the best laundry facilities in the world. Towels, napkins and sheets are laundered to hospital standards.

Is it just me.......... or is it not pretty hilarious/ironic that this is actually being debated here considering that we are all willing to hop in that steaming jacuzzi water together........
