We were surprised that 1911 is considered a gardenview room as you can clearly see the ocean. We also prefer upper level.

we love the 1900 block, right behind the bar. Central to everything (we are not full time pool people, more beach). Close to the gym if you are into that, easy to access in the morning for coffee/espressos/mimosas, after dinner during lobby entertainment to change and just a few steps after a nightcap or two and some midnight snacking at the lobby bar.

We will try to stay in 2413 every time! You have a great view of the ocean and steps away from the beach beds....pretty far from the pool, but we are beach people anyway.

Is this room on the 1st or second floor?

Thank you...on the map it seems a little far from the lobby bar as well as the pool, which my husband likes to be next to. This way, he can hang out at the Lobby bar if I take longer getting ready for dinner or while I slip into my gettup for the theme for the night

Really, though, from one end to the other is no big deal considering the resort is small enough...we will be happy to just be there enjoying ourselves

It isn't too far from the lobby bar...just past the gym. Plus after leaving a late night visit to CiCi for one last drink and a pizza, there is a couch on the way back to the room that can be comfy

Maybe if we get that room, I might get to the gym...we have never been and I am pretty sure my husband wouldn't go even if he were staying on top of the gym,

The couch...I think we know that one...can you see it if you are looking down from the 1800 balcony?? I think we even did a photo session on that couch one year

Hey!!! I get such a good workout at Desire, that I don't need to go to the gym! In fact, if I'm not mistaken, my love, don't you usually come home a couple pounds lighter thanks to my exercise regimen? LOL!

The map can be deceiving. Everything is very near by.

we loved 1911! The room was big and the ceiling in the shower made it feel huge! The only issue we had was the step right when you get out of bed on the right hand side!
