Desire Resort Forums

We are taking our first trip to Desire in December. The forum topics have been very helpful. We were wondering a few things: are there any single guys who go here? what age are most of the people who go here? Can we request certain room numbers, or do we just take what they book us in? Thanks so much for any feedback!

I suggest you spend more time reading the forum posts and their official website! Desire is a couples only resort, meaning you can't be there unless you are traveling with a partner of the opposite sex. As for age, there is a poll out there which shows you the range.....it's roughly 35 to 50 with some younger and some older but that's generally the "sweet spot"! Yes, you can request a certain room number but it's not guaranteed. They do a very good job of getting you as close to your request as possible considering the ebb and flow of other guests.

As I mentioned before, read as much as you can and communicate with your partner VERY FREQUENTLY as to what your ground rules are. Then communicate every day you're there as your own rules may change mid stream. This will help you avoid any issues!

Thank you, E&J - I will continue to read the forums. My husband and I are actually on the same page: not life-stylers, but open to my being with others. I guess we'll just wing it!
