I have seen a picture of a thick cut pork chop i have never seen this on a menu can you pay extra and get this or other things not on the menu
We prefer simple dishes with no fancy sauces on them didn't know if it was possible to get this, just want to make the wife as happy as i can on our trip to desire.(':P')

Usually, if you want something not on the menu or on the buffet you can ask for it and if they have it in the stores they'll cook it for you; otherwise they will try to get some in for the next day or so.
So long as it isn't something too exotic or expensive there shouldn't be an extra charge.

My wife was on a very strict diet for medical reasons (homeopathic treatment) and we had a Desire trip scheduled. After writing as to whether they could accommodate this request, we were told the chef would prepare anything special as required. Upon arriving, we were introduced to the chef, and the waiter/waitress staff knew of her restrictions at every meal.

What you're asking is a no-brainer for their level of service.
