@groken, the airport does sell Cialis. It's very easy to get -- just ask for it. I paid $130 for six pills (if memory serves.) They also sell the generic version (Tadalafil), which is a lot cheaper, but I just didn't trust it and went with the brand name.

One piece of advice: if you don't normally have ED, don't take a whole pill! I learned that lesson the "hard" way.

I can verify that the Cialis one can purchase at the airport is legitimate. I also made the mistake of taking a complete pill..kept thinkgin about "if you erection lasts 4 hours or more...."

In the departure area of the terminal, the small pharmacy in April 2010 sold a 6 pack of 20mg Cialis for about $15-$16 US each. You can also find them in the pharmacy department of the Mega Store and Wal-Mart in Playa del Carmen on 30th avenue north for a little more than $12 US each or about $97 US, if you buy an 8 pack of 20mg. The more you buy, the less the total price. The price fluctuates depending on the peso to dollar exchange rate. Some people save money by buying the 20mg size, use a pill splitter to half the pills, and take a 10mg dosage.

I have tried them all. I find Vigra is the best, the other give me a pretty good headache. With The Vigra i get 10 pills cost almost $200 (Dr gave a presc no issue) but i cut them in quarters and they last for the year. I dont really need them but it does make you hard real hard and your recovery rate is real quick. When i cut them in quarters i dont have any of the side effects , stuffy nose, headache, feeling flushed. I saw someone say you cant drink while takening them??? The only time i take one is if i know i am going to be drinking (As you get older a little help when drinking is a good thing)
