Missy and I thinking about taking cab from airport to resort. I know it is more expensive going then returning because of fees. where exactly do you get a cab???

We do taxis all the time.

After you exit customs (red light / green light) and you are walking towards the airport exit to where you would normally find your transportation - look for a transportation kiosk ( it may say Gray line or Green line) go to the kiosk and ask for a "private" taxi to Puerto Morelos - this should be around $60.

Please note the word "private" which means that the vehicle is only for you - it is not a shared ride - that is why it is $60

You pay at the kiosk and they will give you a receipt that you then take outside to the transportation area and present the receipt to the transportation captain who will then assign you to a taxi - you should be at Desire in less than 20min
