We're wondering how often the nightly entertainment schedule changes at DRM. We're trying to think ahead towards our trip in December, but wouldn't want to shop now for say, Schoolgirls and Nerds night and find out closer to our trip that it's become an ABC night. Looking ahead as we'll be there for Merry XXXMas, we wouldn't be surprised if there was a change, because otherwise it's Bright and Tight on both Thursday and Friday.

Not sure how often but when it does it happens with little warning. Our last 2 January trips they changed the themes with something like 2 or 3 weeks notice. We always join a yahoo group and many of the members of the group were upset because they had all their theme attire in place. We ourselves weren't upset because we have been so many times and generally go with less specific themed attire.

January is the start of the new year, so I'm sure you can expect changes every January, but like anything, there is trial and error on new things, so if they try the new themes, but don't see a lot of perticipation, then I'm sure they will change it, at least that is what I base the changes they make on.

One night I think you will see going into fall is the foam party. They had supposedly a 4 month contract. Also, being in the foam on the rooftop will be a little chilly when the temperatures start to dip in the evening. Last year in November it was getting into the high 50's at night.

Just got this information today, there are no changes planned as of now to the regular/normal theme nights for your December trip...although there will be a change to the XXXmas Special Event from Dec 20 - Dec 24:

Friday 20th - Monday 23rd will be the normal theme night schedule as listed on the website (http://desire.originalresorts.com/night ... inment.asp), the only change will be Tuesday the 24th will be the Sensual Santas. The Special Event calendar will be changed (when exactly ??) accordingly.

FYI, the Desire RM Special Event calendar has been updated for the XXXmas event.

So is the general consensus that the theme's will change early in the new year? Safe to say that March 2014 will have different themes?

E&A, don't be too jealous, CLG makes it to Desire about once a month or more it seems...LOL! They were very frequent visitors to DLC and definitely have great insight.....

As for your assumptions, it seems over the past 5 to 6 years, they do end up changing up the themes about once a year and sometimes you get very little notice. So, hang tight on buying those special outfits......A&J will be holding off as well, that is if he can manage to keep from buying J those hot sexy little sheer dresses, HA!

Wish I could blink and fast forward to March, uggghhh!

Thanks Eddie, 'A' has kindly offered to do my outfit shopping as well (not my A, J's A). Can you image double trouble? If I see something super sexy, I'll buy it anyway and rock it out regardless of the theme night. Sometimes you just have to do these things. CLG are you still over there?

We don't have plans to go in November. We are going in December for Christmas, 12/20 - 12/25.
