Why is the last week in May 2015 sold out? Is there a resort take-over and if so by who?

The only dates sold out that I could see is from May 21 - 24. There is an SDC event, May 20 - 25, called "11th Annual Sexperience 2015".

Also FYI - during the first week of May 2015, all the GV and a large percentage of the OV rooms are already under contract and locked out for online booking at RM for the regular YNOTs group spring trip - rooms are available for that week through the YNOTs group

I expect similarly you could get rooms through SDC for it's week but not be able to book on line

May is a popular month for groups and groups do contracts with Desire up to a year in advance for their groups.

Mr. Muscle, might I suggest Pearl the first week in March.....you know, it's damn cold in Canada, you and lovely S might need a break in paradise by then. We are there Feb 28 - Mar 8 and there's a great small group going those dates as well.....it'll be another good time in MX.

That's some great info! We've been looking at DRM sometime during the last two weeks of May 2015 and there's nothing available. But it looks like Pearl has got a deal on - so maybe we'll be spending our Anniversary at Pearl. We'll keep checking on DRM availability.
