The second floor rooms of the 1300, 1400 and 1900 blocks are king bed rooms and though they're officially gardenview, they actually have pretty nice views of the ocean and/or the pool with the ocean beyond (although with the trees all growing so much lately, the views may be not as open as they used to be).
The 1400 & 1300 blocks are between the lobby bar/disco and the pool/jacuzzi lounge so they're very much in the center of the action. The 1900 block is just on the far side of the lobby bar so it'd be a little quieter but still close.
The second floor rooms of these blocks are #s 1311,1312, 1411, 1412, 1911, and 1912.
