Reservation Verification

I made my reservation for Riviera Maya through Orbitz. How do I verify my reservation with Desire? Also, how do I make a specific room request? I have to be on the upper floors due to claustrophia (yeah, I know, that's a hoot right?).

Two weeks before you arrive at the resort you can do the Express check in via the resort website. That's where you can list your requests but realize they are only requests and they may not be able to fulfill them.
