Is there wireless internet service at Desire ??

Hello Leighned

Yes, the new rate for Wireless is $15 for the length of your stay, be it 1 day or 15. You can pay for it at the lobby upon check in if you like. Once paid, they will issue you a password/number to log in.

As for location, the Lobby/ Lobby bar area is always a safe spot to pick it up. However, depending which room you are in, you may be able to access the Wi-Fi from there. As for speed, I would not say it is high speed that you may be use to, but we have found it good enough for our needs.

For those of you that will have their laptop, wireless and want a cheap way to call home, look into Skype. Calls to the US, Canada and the UK are only about 2 cents/min. Just a suggestion..

i still cant believe they charge for this. its all inclusive isnt it?

I think most here would agree with you in that regards. However, the rates are now much better then what they were last year. A move in the right direction at least.
