New pool construction?

Am I correct reading in a few trip reprt posts that some sort of new pool/pool lounge construction is in the planning?

mwfay recently sent an e-mail out...here it is..

why does everything have to be "upscale"? what about catering to us regular schmoes who just want to get naked and f**k on the damn beach?
