Front desk phone number

Sorry if this has been asked already, I searched and could not find the answer.
I am looking for the RM front desk phone number, all I can find online is the reservation number. I have a request I would like to make to the hotel directly.

It is actually better to email them directly
For anything to do with your room, etc

Does anyone know, about how long it takes for them to respond through email?
We want to confirm that they recieved our booking, since we went through a 3rd party service.

In case anyone was wondering, the front desk at RM responded back in just a little over 24 hours.
