Does anyone know the rate of a third person in a room. Obviously I'M sure they only allow a woman and that would be the plan. Any feed back is appreciated. Thanks in advance !!!

Yes, female unicorns only
- also allowed only during ISM(month of Jan.) and SYW(month of Aug.)
- rate for her is 50% extra of whatever room rate you are booked and paying.
btw - no extra beds are available so it is assumed that she will be bunking in with you and your SO

It seems while this is the official party line it's not exactly true, we just met a threesome at Pearl about 2 weeks ago, and talked with another unicorn who had come with her couple in March. She said they required special permission to come as a threesome but it was not a problem.

We've seen multiple groups of 3 at DRM in the month of December, and one of the groups we first met at Los Cabos during a January visit, so it's definitely possible outside of SYW and ISM.

I asked management about this subject and was told unless it is August, then no 3rd person in room.

Then I'm guessing different "management" might give you different answers. As I described above, it is definitely possible.

I would think they should have no problem with it. No woman that I know will eat and drink 50% of the room cost. In a typical room for 5 nights that would be about $1,600.00 That's a lot of food and booze for one woman..LOL

We are bringing a friend in August this year and paid $138US per night for a Deluxe Garden Room (she is sleeping with us). I thought it was a decent price for all the food and booze, it definitely would be more then that if we had to pay the food and drinks
