Now that the drug laws have changed somewhat in Mexico, is ganga permitted at Desires? Thanks for the info.

Have never looked for it or been offered/smelt it at Desire, but dont confuse Mexico for Jamaica. It is still a criminal offence and will be dealt with as such. It would be much more acceptable at Hedo.

I personally wouldn't risk it !

The resort has explicit rules against drugs on premise. In fact, while we were there two weeks ago someone saw a couple being escorted off premises by security with luggage in tow. Earlier someone had reported smelling some ganja coming from that rooms direction. Since this is second hand information I can't confirm if the couple that was escorted off site was for this reason. But it was the rumor of the week...

Oddly enough, the only drugs that Desire is okay with is Viagra,Cialis... etc. Kinda redefines the term "uppers" doesn't it ? LOL :lol:
