We have a couple of questions regarding Restaurants and Bars at Desire.
From what we understand , there are 2 a-la carte restaurants...
1. Can we ask for Sahio reservation up front, before arriving?! We want to book it for Thursday, when there is American BBQ in the buffet.
2. For Suki, on resort's website we've read that reservation is required only for Teppanyaki dining experience... We're confused, what is the difference between Suki with/without Teppanyaki dining experience?! and generally what do they serve in this place? Cannot find any menu on the website...
3. Can I go to buffet/a-la carte wearing jeans?
4. Do they serve premium liqueur in bars? like Black label, Chivas, grey goose, Tres Generaciones, Herradura, 1800 .... ?

Hi there,
Here are some answers to your questions.

1 - Reservations are taken the same day, in person at the resort. In the event of a special occasion, you could email guest relations in advance. They generally try to assist when possible. However, as long as you are flexible with your dining times, you shouldn't have any issue.

2 - Suki has two tappanyaki tables of six where they cook in front of you. Other than that, it's Japanese style cuisine at either tables for two or at a long common table that seats approximately 20. The long table is a great way to meet new people. They also serve sushi.

3 - Jeans are allowed In the buffet - although even there I have rarely seen them.

4 - Many premium brands are available throughout the resort. Suki and Sahlo do have some extra selections. It has varied from trip to trip in terms of what is in stock. I noticed Grey Goose was available at all the bars, including the pool bar.

I hope this helps!

We also have not had a problem with reservations provided they are made in the morning by 9 or 10. If you go to the resort website and look under the Deluxe Inclusive tab and select Restaurants & Bars you can see more info.
