Booked through Desire direct and when credit card statement cane in it said Bluebay GETAWAY on card,is this normal.

Yes, it's normal, we've booked through the resort all 8 times and it always says Blue Bay.....

Easiest way to book is via their website directly at www.desirecancun.com , that way everything is automated and you get instant email confirmation of bookings and adjustments.

Right on Steve, that's how we do it....very easy!!! You can even use the "express check-in" when you're 15 days out and it saves some time at the desk upon check-in.
